| Deflection Test |
What we do in deflection testing, we put a load cell over every square inch of your PC Board and measure the deflection of that square inch. With this we can tell how much the PC Board is bending and causing strain on the SMT parts. Typical
values should not exceed 3 mils per square inch. By adjusting the pressure pads we make sure that your PC Board never cracks a part or causes a failure that your customer could see.
How important is deflection testing, if you are looking for 6 sigma you must have this kind of testing done. |

| Verifier Test |
What we do in Verifier testing, your fixture is put in to our fixture verifier and each pin on the fixture top is tested by pushing on that pin and verifying that it has the appropriate pin connection on the interface connectors. The fixture is also tested for missing wires and jumper
wires as needed.
This can take hours out of finding debug and code changes. You will also receive a print out of all wire -- Pin to Pin connections. |

For those of you that want to know, we can do fixtures up to 40" x 40" with up to
40,000 pin in the fixtures. Probing of fixture can be done from the top or bottom or both.
